Workshop Sessions are available virtually or in person with compliance to the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to reduce spread of COVID-19.
Session 1. Mental Fitness 101: Redefining Normal is a knowledge-based session designed for participants to gain a basic understanding of their emotions and how their personal experiences shape their thoughts and behavior. It serves as an introduction to the Building Blocks of Mental Fitness and demonstrates simple ways to cope with negative thoughts and emotions.
Session 2. Mindsets in Motion is an activities-based session where participants learn best practices to incorporate the various mindsets introduced in Session 1 along with other Mental Fitness tools into their daily activities and routine.
Session 3. Crisis & Response is led by a panel of Mental Health experts and includes a Q&A discussion that addresses Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Trauma-Informed Practices and Serious Mental Illness.
